Q: Can I find my favorite Hartz® products outside the U.S.?
A: Hartz® products are distributed in many countries around the world. To find out if Hartz® products are available in your area, please send an e-mail to hartz.international@hartz.com or fax 1-201-271-1596.
Q: Can I purchase products directly from you?
A: In general, Hartz® sells directly to distributors. The distributors then deliver the products to the stores in your area.
Q: Why did you stop making my pet's favorite product?
A: The Hartz mission is to enhance the Human-Animal Bond by providing quality products with innovative and technological solutions developed with proven science and love for companion animals. To support this mission it is sometimes necessary to discontinue products to make room for new ones.
