Removes large roundworms (ascarids) (Toxocara canis; Toxocara cati; Toxascaris leonina). Flavored formula in an easy-to-use pre-filled syringe.

Directions for Use

Remove cap and push the plunger to the weight marking that corresponds to the weight of the cat. Then add to the cat's food. To be sure the full dose is consumed, mix it well with only one-half of the cat's regular feeding. When the cat has finished eating the dosed food, give balance of meal. Alternatively, smear on cat's paw or fur where it can be licked off. If your cat looks or acts sick, consult your veterinarian before treatment.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

200 mg piperazine per 5 lbs of body weight. To assure proper dosage, weigh animal prior to treatment.

Precautionary Statements

Although piperazine is a drug with a wide margin of safety, occasionally an animal may show nausea or muscular tremors. Such side effects are usually associated with overdosage. Therefore, recommended dosages should be followed carefully. Animals with known kidney pathology should only be treated by a veterinarian.

Storage and Disposal

Store out of direct sunlight and at a controlled room temperature between 15° - 30° C (59° - 86° F).  Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
