This volunteer event marks the third time Hartz Loving Paws volunteers partnered on site with the Rescue Rebuild team in their efforts.  In total, Hartz has sponsored five shelter rebuilds with Greater Good Charities through the Hartz Loving Paws shelter outreach program.

Over the two days in May, 18 volunteers worked hard laying sod, shoveling and clearing rocks, installing new fencing and painting. Their efforts were rewarded not only by seeing the fruits of their labor, but by also being able to play with some of the shelter dogs and cats at the end of every day. The groups’ hardworking efforts help shelter dogs and dogs of domestic violence survivors enjoy a new outdoor play yard area complete with benches, tire tunnels and plenty
of space to run when the dogs get the zoomies.
